| Found these on the squad forums... - Quote :
- Hey guys, so i was messing around trying to fix the stutter issues that i was having with squad and found a fix (for me anyway). Simply set the priority of the game to 'High' in the task manager. This for me took away all of the stuttering that i had and made the game a bit more playable. Someone has probably already mentioned this but just wanted to share in case it hasn't.
And a way to automate that plus "parking cores" - Quote :
- You can somewhat automate this by installing bitsum processlasso x64 free edition.
https://bitsum.com/processlasso/ install processlasso, -- Start Squad, alt tab to desktop, open ProcessLasso window, right click on Squad.exe and and give default priority status of High, set the Squad.exe to gaming mode, and give high or higher access to RAM.
You can also unpark your cores in Bitsum Processlasso. This will help significantly.
Unpark your CPU Cores in ProcessLasso->Options->Configure CPU Core Parking->UNpark your cores. https://bitsum.com/a..._turboboost.php
It automates the switching of the Squad.exe to high priority, and several other things:

| I'll add this to the mix - when searching for "set affinity windows 10" I found this set affinity windows 10 "Pro Tip: Assign specific processor cores for certain apps in Windows 10". I was reading that like most games and the way windows manages your cores that it reserves core for other processes, thus your maxing out certain cores and not utilizing them all. So doing the above should allow you to designate more cores to a particular process - like squad or whatever. I'll try tonight or this weekend.. ( Side note - If anyone could find a tweakwife 2.0 guide it would greatly be appreciated - I probably should've eased back in on my nightly gaming rather than going full monty... | |

Im gonna give Sweefx injector a try I think http://forums.joinsquad.com/topic/7484-sweet-fx-vac-banable/ - Quote :
- Hey since game V3.1 is still very blurry with FXAA or TEMP.AA i woul like to use sweetfx with reshade 1.1.0.
Its easy to install and looks sharp and has amazing good PPAA. No more blurryness all sharp: http://reshade.me/sweetfx(works only on borderless windows, turn it on and off with Scroll key) According to my google research VAC does not ban sweetfx.
Download the latest Sweet Fx with reshade from 8th November.
Start it, set game path; Its not the squad.exe in the root dir it is the 64 Bit exe:
E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Squad\Squad\Binaries\Win64
Thats all, set it to dx11 if not autodetected. Start game (Must be set in borderless windows before) | |
